The Story Behind
During my internship as a Digital Marketing Coordinator, I noticed a gap in workplace communication tools. While professional messaging apps like WeChat are filled with stickers, none specifically addressed the unique language of design professionals. Common phrases like "Roger that""Revisions done!" and "Please review" are essential to our daily workflow, yet designers had to type these messages repeatedly without suitable sticker options.

Research & Discovery

Key Pain Points:
· Existing stickers don't reflect designer-client interactions
· No stickers for common design workflow phrases (Please review/Revisions done)
· Need for more professional yet emotionally resonant options
Problem Statement:
While general workplace stickers exist, there was a clear absence of stickers that speak the "designer language" - the specific phrases and scenarios that creative professionals use dozens of times daily.

Reflection
· Understanding user context is crucial for emotional design
· Simplicity and relatability drive adoption
· Digital workers seek balance between professionalism and authenticity
· Small design solutions can significantly impact daily work experience

Iteration & Feedback
Final Product Launch
• Organized sticker expressions into 2 main categories to address user needs:
• Work Essentials:
Stickers for daily professional communication, including “在吗” (Are you there?), “收到” (Roger that), “辛苦啦” (Thanks for your hard work), and “改好啦” (Revisions Done).
My design process was deeply influenced by real feedback from design professionals. Users actively suggested scenarios and phrases they encountered daily:
Iteration Examples:
"不辛苦,命苦" (Not tired, just destined)
User Insight: "We need something humorous yet relatable for overtime"
Design Solution: Koki Bear with bitter gourd background, combining Chinese wordplay with visual metaphor
User Response: "This perfectly captures our late-night work mood!"
"来了来了" (On my way!)
User Insight:"When my boss needs urgent revisions"
Design Solution: Koki Bear riding a mini car, rushing with determination
User Response: "This is exactly how I feel during urgent client requests!"
• 2 sets of Koki Bear stickers (16 stickers per set) were launched, tailored to the needs of designers.
