I'm a storyteller at heart who's found my calling at the intersection of UX design, research, and strategic communication. Currently based in Seattle and studying at the University of Washington, I craft meaningful digital experiences and compelling narratives that connect with people on a human level.

My journey began with English literature at Nanjing University, where I discovered how the right words can move hearts and spark change. After teaching high school students in rural China and building a scholarship program from scratch, I realized that thoughtful design and strategic communication could amplify impact in ways I never imagined possible.

Today, I blend storytelling with human-centered design thinking — whether I'm crafting user experiences, developing content strategies, or conducting research that uncovers the stories behind user behaviors. Currently, I serve as a content writer for my graduate program and work with the City of Seattle, writing newsletters and testing web content using design principles that keep real people at the center of every decision.

When I'm not designing or writing, you'll find me exploring Seattle's neighborhoods, discovering hidden gem cafes (always hunting for the perfect latte ☕), or sharing stories with friends from around the world.
